The MOF 4.0 Foundation eLearning course is designed to expose participants to the four phases of the MOF lifecycle: Plan, Deliver, Operate, and Manage. The course also covers Service Management Functions (SMFs) and Management Reviews for each phase. This eLearning course gives participants a foundation to leverage service management concepts with Microsoft products and technologies.
AUDIENCE
The MOF 4.0 Foundation e-Learning course is an introductory level course intended for IT and Business professionals responsible for developing, supporting, operating, or providing IT Services.
OPTIONAL CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION
The MOF 4.0 Foundation e-Learning course prepares you for an optional exam consisting of 40 multiple choice questions. Passing the exam will grant the participant the Microsoft Operations Framework Foundation (MOFF) 4.0 certificate.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Web-based solution – any operating system, Internet Explorer or Firefox browser, Adobe Flash Player, 1024x768 minimum screen resolution, speakers or a headset, broadband internet connection
Learning Management Systems – The solution is compatible with SCORM compliant learning management platforms.
PREREQUISITES
While there are no specific prerequisites for this course, participants are highly encouraged to have an understanding of ITIL®, ideally with an ITIL® Foundation certificate prior to taking this course.
