David Pultorak, Founder and Chairman

David Pultorak is a 20-year veteran IT professional who has helped many leading companies implement and improve service and systems management processes and tools. He has reflected that experience in his content contributions to ITIL and MOF as well as in numerous books, articles, and speeches. Prior to his consulting career, David managed support and data center operations at pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson. He has a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Vince Pultorak, Chief Executive Officer and eSourcing Practice Director

Vince Pultorak has over 25 years of business and IT experience with a reputation for delivering business value from IT services. Prior to joining P&A, Vince spent 10 years with a major CPG multinational, leading their global IT sourcing function. His experience includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies in the areas of outsourcing (local, nearshore, offshore), applications software, infrastructure, development, and support with a focus on the change management required to make these initiatives successful. Vince holds undergraduate degrees in computer science and business, and a graduate degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. He also has certifications in technology procurement (CTPE), Carnegie Mellon’s eSourcing Capability Model (ESCM), ITIL and Negotiations (Harvard).

Robin Gemza, Operations Executive

Robin Gemza is a business manager with a comprehensive background in IT professional services. She has held practice and operations management roles with several firms and has also worked as a project manager and consultant. Before her IT career, Robin held marketing and sales management roles in education and public accounting sector companies.
 

Larry Killingsworth, Managing Director – Philadelphia

Larry Killingsworth has over 35 years of industry experience in developing and managing technical service delivery and support systems for engineering and IT. Most recently he was the Lead for implementing IT Service Management in a Fortune 500 company. His experience includes IT Process development including industry good practices based on frameworks such as ITIL, CoBIT, CMMII, Six Sigma, ANSI and TQM. He has developed courses and taught Service Management at the University MBA Level, and is active on the Local Interest Group Board of itSMF for the Lehigh-Delaware Valley. His business background includes Planning, Budgeting and Project Management. Larry has a degree in computer science from DeSales University.

David Thibeau, Account Manager

Dave Thibeau has over twenty years IT experience. He has held such positions as data center manager, systems manager, sales channel manager and strategic account manager. Most recently he has specialized in project and account management. His experience spans many industries and disciplines with particular interest in business systems, business intelligence and IT service management. Dave resides in the Seattle area.
 

Valor Poland, Consultant

Valor Poland has over 10 years experience in Information Technology, with roles including technical engineering, IT operations, support and management. He is also ITIL certified and has experience in both technical and business process consulting. He is currently the acting director of IT, as well as an active consultant and trainer.
