David Pultorak, Founder and Chairman

David Pultorak is a 20-year veteran IT professional who has helped many leading companies implement and improve service and systems management processes and tools.  He has reflected that experience in his content contributions to ITIL® and MOF as well as in numerous books, articles, and speeches.  Prior to his consulting career, David managed support and data center operations at pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson.  He has a master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Vince Pultorak, Chief Executive Officer and eSourcing Practice Director

Vince Pultorak has over 25 years of business and IT experience with a reputation for delivering business value from IT services. Prior to joining P&A, Vince spent 10 years with a  major CPG multinational, leading their global IT sourcing function. His experience includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies in the areas of outsourcing (local, nearshore, offshore), applications software, infrastructure, development, and support with a focus on the change management required to make these initiatives successful. Vince holds undergraduate degrees in computer science and business, and a graduate degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. He also has certifications in technology procurement (CTPE), Carnegie Mellon's eSourcing Capability Model (ESCM),  ITIL® and Negotiations (Harvard).

Donald James Boylan, Consultant

Donald Boylan is a certified ITIL Service Manager Consultant for Pultorak and Associates, an IT service management consulting and training firm headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Don applies his 20 years of IT experience consulting with and training enterprise IT organizations and the firms that serve them, helping them learn about IT Best Practices and get better results from apply those best practices.  Mr. Boylan has delivered the ITIL Best Practices training at the Foundation, Practitioner, and Manager levels. His experience includes managing the Computer Application and Support function for the Division of Public Health of Delaware where he managed network and desktop technicians as well as the records management group. Don has extensive experience in the Incident/Problem/Service Desk aspects of IT Management as well as experience as a Change Control Manager. Don was the change leader for migrating a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical Service Desk's mainframe based ticketing system to a custom designed client/server Incident Tracking system that logged over 1,000,000 issues in four years. Don currently resides in the Pacific Northwest where he enjoys skiing and hiking in the Cascades.

Meg Angell, Program Manager

Meg Angell is a Learning and Readiness Subject Matter Expert. She has managed training and readiness development projects for one of the world's largest computer software companies. Her qualifications include training and program development, career management, quality service management, creative and strategic planning, policies and procedures development, and coaching and mentoring.
