INTRODUCTION
Pultorak & Associates' ITIL® V3 Strategy Workshop is a 2 to 10 day consultant-facilitated workshop based on the new ITIL® V3 publication suite. The aim of this service is to help the IT organization come up with a strategy for moving into ITIL® V3 and help define and prioritize the problems to be solved and the opportunities to be capitalized on. This alignment of desired outcomes with the organizational and business priorities is very critical if this migration to ITIL® V3 is to be successful.
