ITIL® Examination Ordering Procedures
- Purpose: To provide Pultorak & Associates with the necessary information required to arrange proper scheduling for each examination session Pultorak will arrange with Exin, APMG, or ISEB to have a proctor scheduled and to supervise all exams.
- Completed exams are sealed by the proctor and returned to the certifying organization for scoring. Each candidate will be notified of their test results from the certifying organization, not Pultorak & Associates.
- When: Examination requests should be received no later than 15 days prior to the intended examination date.
IMPORTANT: EXAM REQUESTS MADE 9 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR CAN NOT BE PROCESSED.
NOTE: Service Manager Exams must be ordered 25 days in advance in ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Cancellation: If an exam order is canceled 15 days prior, there is no charge. Service Manager Exams cannot be canceled, refunded, or re-scheduled.
- Fees for Exam Cancellation:
15-9 days prior to the exam date: $150.00 Administration Fee 8 days or less prior to the exam date: $600.00 Administration Fee
- Changes: Once an exam request has been submitted, any additions to time, location, or changes in number of exams ordered will incur a $50.00 Administration fee as well as the fee for the exam itself.
