Courseware Order Processing and Fee Schedule

Pultorak & Associates makes every possible effort to ensure your courseware is delivered on time, your order is complete, and that your instructor has the necessary teaching tools in place prior to the class.

It is up to each individual training center to order the correct course materials including current versions, instructor materials, and exam packets if you are teaching a certified course.

All training material and examination orders need to be placed 15 business days in advance of your class. Orders placed less than the 15 business days are subjected to the following "Rush" fees.

• Less than 15 days prior to the first day of class, $75 Administration Fee
   
• Less than 10 days prior to the first day of class, $150 Administration Fee
   
• Less than 8 days prior to the first day of class, $300 Administration Fee, plus additional RUSH shipping charges apply. The actual rate of shipping can be confirmed by contacting the Director of Operations at 206.902.6862.
