Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Managers with Pultorak & Associates, you will be  responsible for  executing a diverse  range of project types with varied subject matter.

The ideal candidate must have a highly developed time management, organization and problem solving skills, partnered with strong written and oral communication skills.

These skills must be applicable in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, business analysis, requirements definition, building test plans, resource coordination, scheduling, and status monitoring and reporting both internally and to the client.

Members of a project team would include engineers, developers, project managers and quality assurance for support and collaboration.

Essential Functions:

Planning

  • Work with both the customer and internal resources to identify project requirements, and scope the effort associated with implementation.
  • Be well versed in communicating the benefits of the Pultorak & Associates service offerings.
  • Execute project goals always being mindful of budget, time constraints and quality assurance standards.
  • Project milestones, tasks and all deliverables should be maintained and accessible for all internal associates and resources via SharePoint.
  • Identify and communicate any scheduling uncertainties and risks for all stakeholders.

Execution

  • Direct the project on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage instructional designers, engineers, quality assurance team, subject matter experts,  vendors, service providers, and clients to deliver milestones according to the established project plan.
  • Coordinate communication between employees and third parties acting on behalf of the client.
  • Efficiently and competently handle problem resolution, e.g. scope changes, missed deadlines, dependencies, etc.

Evaluation and Reporting

  • Track and report team hours and manage project budget using Bill Quick Seattle Location reporting system.
  • Analyze and ensure project profitability.

Process

  • Create, maintain, and constantly look to improve project methodology.

Client Management

  • Schedule and attend regular meetings with clients and internal employees as needed.
  • Solicit, discuss, and follow-through with client feedback throughout the engagement.
  • Investigate and answer client concerns and questions quickly.
  • Follow up on invoicing concerns as they arise.
