| New Guides from Microsoft to Help You Implement Service Management Great news for managers at all levels of the IT organization: the Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) team has just announced the final beta releases in a series of MOF Management Reviews. These docs help organizations ensure that their IT services are on track to deliver expected business value. They offer guidance to help management set goals, evaluate progress, and confirm results. The beta package will include the remaining three management reviews in the series—Service Alignment, Project Plan Approved, and Policy and Control—as well as the first three: Operational Health, Portfolio, and Release Readiness.
